There is a 7 day return on pre made products but does have a 10% restock fee Provided that the product is still in the same condition as when it was shipped
Returns request must be summited to Oellc1976@gmail.com with in 7 days of receiving product. there is no returns on Bracelets or keychains
If product is damaged upon receiving we kindly ask for pictures of the damage to be summited by email within 48 hours and a replacement will be sent out on approval.
Custom made products Do have a return as long as its in the same condition as it was at shipping. there is a 20 % material and restocking fee on custom made products IE Whips, dog leashes, belts.
